Guest Access:
Guests enjoy direct frontage on Clam Lake, which connects to Torch Lake and Lake Bellaire via the Grass River. Whether you’re boating, fishing, or kayaking, you’ll love the easy access to the water from this beautifully situated home.
Getting Around:
Just minutes from Bellaire and Short’s Brewery, this home is close to Glacial Hills’ hiking and biking trails, as well as golf and skiing at Shanty Creek and Schuss Mountain. Day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Mackinac Island are all within reach.

We require our renters to be 25 years of age or older.
