The Space:
Welcome to LaFamiliaCasa (The Family House)! This stunning home is a 5 minute drive to the nearest beaches and downtown activities/ restaurants! With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this spacious house can accommodate up to 13 guests comfortably!

Step into a spacious and welcoming interior where comfort meets elegance. The open-plan living area features modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere while providing pops of color, perfect for unwinding after a day of beachside adventures. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, or gather around the dining table for a home-cooked meal!

For entertainment, the game room provides endless fun with a variety of games and activities. Whether you’re playing pool/ping-pong, arcade games, or just lounging with loved ones, this space promises hours of enjoyment for all age groups! The game room includes: a dual pool and ping-pong table, foosball, popcorn maker, dart board, standing arcade game, board games, smart tv and a beautiful mural on the wall.

Outdoor Oasis:
The true highlight LaFamiliaCasa is its enormous backyard, a private haven designed for both relaxation and play. Dive into the sparkling pool to cool off or soak up the sun on the surrounding deck. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and enjoy quality time with friends and family!

Sports enthusiasts will love the pickleball and basketball sport court, while lawn games offer additional fun for all ages. The screened-in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail at the Tiki Bar while staying protected from the elements.

The home is located in a safe neighborhood within a residential area! The home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When you enter through the front door you will step right into the spacious living room which consists of a 65 inch screen tv, and a large wide sectional couch. To the right of the living room are the first two bedrooms and bathroom.

Bedroom #2 is the queen room, this room offers a comfortable queen size bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. This is perfect for families or parents with younger children. The trundle bed easily rolls back under the queen bed offering more space when it is not in use! This bedroom has a large closet which includes extra sheets, pillows, and hangers to be of use.

The bathroom is in between bedroom #2 & bedroom #3 equipped with a new vanity, shower, bath tub and linen closet.

Bedroom #3 is known as the bunk bed room. This room includes 4 full size mattresses with ample drawer space under each bunk bed. This room is perfect for children, larger families or larger friend groups! These beds are extremely comfortable and offer a good amount of space. This bedroom can sleep 8 people comfortably. The room also includes a large closet, hangers, a shelf within the closet and a dresser!

Bedroom #1 is on the other side of the house past the kitchen. This bedroom includes a king size mattress, an armoire, two dressers, TV, desk area with chair, and an accent chair with a stand up lamp, with an attached master bathroom. This bedroom is extremely spacious. The master bathroom attached offers a dual sink, jacuzzi tub and shower with a separate area for the toilet. This bathroom is perfect if you want to enjoy a night in and relax in the jacuzzi tub and get some privacy!

In the middle of the house sits the living room, kitchen, dining room, and coffee nook. The dining room offers a spacious circular table, large enough for 8 people. The coffee nook is perfect to enjoy some coffee or a light breakfast or snacks. The kitchen is spacious and is fully stocked with everything you could need to adequately cook any meal! There is a coffee station which includes a Keurig coffee machine with the option of brewing your own cup of coffee or having a choice of 6 different KCups. Included in the coffee station is raw cane sugar sticks, honey sticks, variety of tea bags, and small stirring spoons perfect for coffee enthusiasts! If a Keurig isn't your cup of tea you can bring and brew your own coffee in a stainless steel french press coffee machine!

Right outside the breakfast nook is the screened in porch! This area offers seating for 15 people, a patio table, the Tiki Bar and the patio sitting area. This is the perfect area to eat any meal while enjoying the elements but not being directly impacted by them. The Tiki Bar comes with 4 margarita glasses and a full Vitamix blender set, perfect for frozen drinks!

The fun continues outside where the highlight of the house is! When you walk outside of the screened in porch you will see a beautiful mural on the fence directly across from the pool. The pool is equipped with pool games and floats. The pool area also includes 4 lawn chairs and 2 large umbrellas. Near the pool are lawn games such as corn hole, Giant Jenga & Giant Connect 4 perfect for all ages! On the other side of the backyard is the amazing Pickle ball and basketball sport court! The best part of the outside are the string lights that are around the entire Pickleball and sport court allowing guests to play at night! In the right corner of the backyard is the amazing fire pit oasis. This area offers a specific ambiance that is relaxing and comfy. The fire pit has 6 Adirondack chairs, string lights, and 6 bug repellant Tiki torches.
