This brand new spacious one bedroom, two bathroom condo is on the third floor, with a great view down the center of the community to the ocean. The owners have equipped to the highest of standards, and the decor is modern, and bright, with a definite beach feel. Lots of attention to detail.
This is one of the few condos which benefits from a completely private balcony, which also looks over the first pool area.
The balcony is huge! Not only is there plenty of room to invite friends over, it is equipped with an large stainless gas grill, dining area, seating, and that all important drinks cart. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets and the ocean breeze
This condo is new to our rental portfolio - and it will be a favorite
Housekeeping is not included in the rental price
But we can offer you a cleaning service dependent on our work schedule. Electric is charged separately and you pay your full usage at check out. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking
