Welcome to Your Emerald Coast Escape!

Located just 150ft from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach, this cozy 1BR/1BA condo is the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Step across the street for gated access to 200ft of private beach. From March–October, beach service is included—with two chairs and an umbrella set up daily, ready for you to enjoy.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with bar seating, vaulted ceilings, and no one above you (third-floor, top-unit privacy!). Please note there’s no elevator, but the stairs are narrow and easy to navigate.

Walk to Kenny D’s, Pompano Joe’s, and Captain Dave’s, or explore nearly 5 miles of biking and walking trails just steps away. This quiet, family-oriented complex offers everything you need for the ultimate Emerald Coast vacation.

We enjoyed being able to use the unit and the beach service that was provided. We did have to get on the beach early to get a “front row” seat but it was worth it! Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided quick feedback.

Great location, walking distance to beach

The location is very good and walking distance to beach. Family of 4 is probably the max capacity. It is on the 3rd floor so you will need to be able to walk the stairs. The stairs are wide and in great condition. The area was pretty quiet and it was a relaxing get away for us. The private beach area was a huge plus for us!
