Congratulations!!!! You have finally found the Best Condo @ PELICAN BEACH RESORT! It is decorated 'Just For YOU.'

Unit 905 is a GULF FRONT condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Best Views from the 9th Floor! You will enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and the breathtaking sunsets on the balcony. This condo was recently decorated with BRAND NEW furniture and new flooring throughout the condo in 2023!

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The lighting is amazing! Our dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats two.

Don't forget the fun-filled built-in bunk beds with lights & WALL-MOUNTED 19-inch FLAT SCREEN televisions.

The living area has a NEW 70-inch flat panel TV and a queen sleeper sofa!

The GORGEOUS & NEW Master Suite has a King size bed and a 49-inch flat panel TV.

AWESOME VIEWS!!!!! The balcony has four chairs and two small tables for watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Pelican Beach Resort features a selection of amenities which include a choice of 4 pools (One of which is an indoor pool), a fitness center including wet and dry steam rooms, a Video Game Room, Outdoor Grills, a Covered Parking Garage, 2 tennis courts, Tiki Hut, Market Cafe, and a hot tub.

NOTE - The 4th Pool and 2nd Hottub were added to the beach side of the building.

Great place to stay in Destin! Close to great restaurants and shopping. Just a few miles from Destin Commons and the Destin Harbor areas.

Pelican Beach Resort was a great place to stay with two great pools, hot tubs, and easy beach access. Pools are heated on cooler days. Long wait for the elevators was our only complaint.

Lovely Beach Vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family of four including to small children. The bunk beds were perfect for them and the view of the beach was spectacular. The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Very clean and the resort amenities were great. Would stay again!
