We had a great stay in the loft. It was walking distance to everything. Oaxaca is so beautiful that walking around town was great. I especially liked that there was a convenient Oxxo on the corner. The bus station is 2 blocks away. The neighborhood was quiet, and safe.

The apartment itself was fine. Looks like the pics. The host didnt send me access/check in information until I called to ask him for it. We stayed Mon-Sat and every single morning I sent the host a video of the shower which barely let water out. Only enough if you stood directly under it stuck to the wall could you even get wet enough to rinse soap off, and that wasnt even guaranteed. At first he said he'd send someone to help, but the next day nothing. I sent another video asking about it on Wednesday, reminding him I was alone with a 2 year old who gets dirty and needs to shower. Same response, I send someone. Thursday nothing was better only this time he didnt even respond. I asked for him to make arrangements somewhere else for us to shower at, no response even though he owns a hotel locally. By Thursday I asked for a refund
