Just steps away from a stunning white-sand beach, a crystal-clear turquoise ocean and the beautiful pool, our ground-floor unit offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

This bright and airy studio accommodates up to 3 guests, featuring a king-size bed and a foldable sofa bed for two. Enjoy the fully equipped, spacious kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, and a modern bathroom and dressing room for added comfort.

Step out onto the charming patio, furnished with four chairs, where you can relax, soak up the sunshine and listen to the ocean. You will have a nice shade due to the amazing Coconut Alley garden filled wirh lishy palm trees providing natural shade.

Entire complex is for guest to use. Guests have use of beach, pool, restaurant, outdoor pool lounges. There are beach chairs supplied at the condo.
Please, lock the balcony door from the inside each time you leave the studio so nobody is able to walk in from the patio!
In order to keep the studio clean, regularly take out the garbage. There is a garbage chute located at the end of the hall, on the left hand side.

The unit was very clean and the host was quick to respond to any issues. The can opener was very difficult to use and one of the burners on the stove wasn’t working( which I did not report because I didn’t use that much). Otherwise the unit served us well.

Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. The check in and out process was easy and the kitchen had everything you needed. Our favorite part was that the property is right on the beach and there is a restaurant there. The property manager was available and ready to help when we ran out of toilet paper. If you are going to travel outside of the condo make sure you bring enough cash for the Taxi drivers. Overall the stay was just what we needed.

Another wonderful 1 month stay. My first review (3 yrs ago) was all encompassing. What I see as "the ultimate highlight of this apt" is proximity. As you look at the first picture of the whole apt, you see the sliding glass door. As you walk thru the door (left is a closet with beach chairs, beach umbrella and "water toys" (floats, noodles etc.) onto the lovely patio then manicured walkway. Turning right you are literally steps from the pool. Several steps more you are on the beach. It would be no exaggeration to say you fall out of bed and onto the beach. It is fabulous. Of course the apt is very comfy, well supplied and well appointed with a "tropical retreat" feel. Note: Owners' are a joy.

Pack your bags! Location is outstanding!

There is a “spa-like” feel which is perfect for a tropical escape. The colors used in the decor contribute to a sense of relaxation & calm. The description is 100% accurate w/some additions: plenty of extra large beach towels. As of Feb 3rd everything was brand new: 12 stainless cookware set, flatware, dinnerware, glassware (various sizes), toaster, blender, coffee maker, knife set, numerous kitchen accessories & gadgets. New owners have been thoughtful with providing a well-known brand of plant-based shampoos, conditioner, body wash, face, hand soap, dishwashing liquid & other cleaning products. Owners’ have insured their guests have everything & more for their Grand Bahama getaway. Full Disclosure: For the last three years I have been a guest at this lovely, well maintained with great attention to detail property. The new owners continue to raise the bar with their special touches. I will again be returning next year.
