Bring your bikes if you feel like a leisure ride along the Arkansas River or a mountain bike if you want to tackle the nearby trails. The private back patio is a shady haven for coffee or a BBQ or enjoy the swing on the front porch with a glass of wine and watch the local deer at the park across the street.
