Why they chose this property
The apartments are located in a small rural Missouri town conveniently located just minutes from 2 major highways, I-35 and US 36. While the town is small, it has plenty going on! Home of Missouri Star Quilt Company, boyhood home of JC Penney, there is craft shopping, unique local owned dining, state parks nearby, and historical landmarks. The property is located just 1 block north of downtown, within short walking distance. You will enjoy church bells, park like scenery, quiet neighborhood, friendly people, the perfect midwest atmosphere.

The property is within a short walking distance from downtown. Just 1 block from the main street through town so traffic is minimal. Quiet neighborhood, park like setting across from a church. Building was a modest 1960's 4 unit apartment building. Each apartment offers heat/AC, a full kitchen, full bathroom, and 1 bedroom, living room, all on ground level. We offer bathroom amenities, coffee, breakfast bars, and a homey atmosphere in each apartment along with free onsite gravel parking.
