Superb location, style and luxury all wrapped into one. This historic 1935 Sam Hughes privately owned residence is perfect for groups of 4 to 8. A private and peaceful retreat awaits you both indoors and outdoors. Gather in the welcoming great room or on the beautiful, lush patio that feels like a world away. Incredibly walkable with close proximity to the stadium, University of Arizona, hospital & clinics, and so close to downtown too! Professional, friendly management by owner! Casita and studio can also be reserved. Pool, hot tub and courtyard are shared spaces with guests in casita and studio. Hot tub is heated 8am to 10pm. Pool heating available for additional $100/day (3 night minimum) or $525 for 7 night or longer stays. At The Wander Collective, our policy for every property requires a completed security deposit and signed rental agreement. Please note that after booking, you will be sent a link to complete the security deposit and sign a rental agreement.

The main home has a welcoming foyer that opens to the delightful flowering courtyard. From the foyer, the west wing holds 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. The east wing of the home holds the kitchen, dining room, half bath, and a vaulted living room that also opens to the lush courtyard. At the back of the courtyard is a separate one bedroom, one bath casita designed for an extra measure of peace and privacy. The casita is rented separately. An additional studio unit with a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and washer and dryer is also on the property and can be rented separately to accommodate larger groups.

Spring Break in Tucson

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was great to getting to activities in each direction around Tucson. The property description was accurate (including the short walk to delicious tacos!). Everyone had ample space and enjoyed the extensive yard and hot tub. We would stay there again on a return trip.

family in town for graduation

this was the perfect place for our family! the house was so clean and comfortable and had so many amenities- hair dryers, shampoo, outfitted kitchen and coffe bar, pool, hot tub and more. we loved morning coffee in the courtyard before attending graduation activities. the pool and large outdoor dining table provided a wonderful way to re-group at the end of the day! can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay. They had really everything we could have wanted. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. Lots of space to hang out. Back yard tranquil and lovely hot tub. Jem super responsive and we will definitely be back!!
