A private and peaceful retreat awaits you both indoors and outdoors. Gather in the welcoming great room or on the beautiful, lush patio that feels like a world away. Incredibly walkable with close proximity to the stadium, University of Arizona, hospital & clinics, and so close to downtown too! Professional, friendly management by owner! Casita and studio can also be reserved. Pool, hot tub and courtyard are shared spaces with guests in casita and studio. Hot tub is heated 8am to 10pm. Pool heating available for additional $100/day (3 night minimum) or $525 for 7 night or longer stays. At The Wander Collective, our policy for every property requires a completed security deposit and signed rental agreement. The main home has a welcoming foyer that opens to the delightful flowering courtyard. From the foyer, the west wing holds 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. The east wing of the home holds the kitchen, dining room, half bath, and a vaulted living room that also opens to the lush courtyard. At the back of the courtyard is a separate one bedroom, one bath casita designed for an extra measure of peace and privacy. The casita is rented separately. An additional studio unit with a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and washer and dryer is also on the property and can be rented separately to accommodate larger groups.
