Yes. We have a terrific stay. The house was clean with a beautiful wharf where we could watch the sunset. Good communications. Very nice walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend recommended.
We loved the property, pier and the surrounding area. It was a great place for our family reunion!! The only thing that we came across was the faucet in one of the downstairs bathroom bathtubs didn’t have much pressure or got very hot.

Thank you for your feedback and we will certainly look into the faucet. Come again!
Bedrooms and Baths a plenty for a large group or family
Enjoyed having plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 10. Could have used some more silverware and china to accommodate our group even though there were plenty of coffee cups.

Towel racks in both bathrooms were broken. Toilet in one bathroom would not flush. No toiletry items in any of the bathrooms. Would have bern nice to notify ahead of trip I needed soap, toilet paper etc.

Thank you for your review. We always try to handle any repairs/issues when they come up if we are notified. We do provide travel soaps and shampoo, etc but only meant to last one or two nights. We do have toilet paper and paper towels enough to last several days.
Everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Beautiful bedrooms, well equipped functional kitchen and the views out of every window were stunning. We strolled the boardwalk to The Grande Hotel, met friendly neighbors. Sitting on the dock on the Bay! Very memorable stay for all 6 of us. Julie was easy to work with.
Overall great! Only change I would make is better non stick pots. Otherwise very nice!

Host was welcoming but the unit seems to be in middle of updating. The accomdations were very comfortable and location was wonderful. The den furniture was a bit worn though the cleanliness was seemingly good. We did have an issue with some pest control and the host reacted right away. The amenities in bathrooms appeared to be refills or half used. However, bath mats were new as tags were still on. The communication mmunication
Our book club celebrated ten years together at this lovely house. Six of us--all in our 70s and 80s-- had a wonderful time in Fairhope, Foley and the surrounding areas. The house's covered pier and the huge porch were favorite spots. Each of us had our own room and private bath, accomodations very hard to find in a VRBO. The host was responsive and generously helped us meet our needs. A very fine place to stay! Note for those with knee issues: there are very steep stairs outside and inside the house.
Wonderful location. We stayed during a very cold spell, complete with snow, in January. So there was several inches of snow on the entry stairway, and the heat was very inconsistent. Our son got married at Little Point Clear and our location was perfect. Julie was a wonderful communicator anytime we had a question. Tons of room, but definitely very basic.
The house provided ample space for 5 ladies. The outdoor seating was in need of repair. The pots and pans were not usable. They all had Teflon pealing in the inside of pans. The house just needs some good TLC
