Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please wash your used dishes or load them in the dishwasher and start it (dishwasher pods are under the kitchen sink).
Put all trash in any of the trash cans in the home. Set the thermostat to 72 in the summer and 68 in the winter.
Turn out the lights. Lock the door behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No smoking, vaping, or toking anywhere on the property. No parties or events. No pets.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the private gravel driveway. No street parking or lawn parking. Exterior doorbell camera on the home.
The hot tub fits 5 people at a time, and children aren't allowed in it alone.

Fantastic property! Charming, quiet, and VERY clean. Tim was an excellent host who let us know exactly what to expect, where to find everything, and how to contact him if we needed any help. We were in town for a long weekend to take our soon-to-be 17-year-old son for his first Nashville experience, and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations (especially for the price). Our son loved the hot tub, and his dad and I loved how comfortable the beds were. All of the top spots we wanted to see were an easy 10- or 15-minute drive away (maybe 20 during peak traffic), but everything was so peaceful that it felt like we were truly away from it all. The best of both worlds. We would absolutely stay here again.
