As advertised, pleasant stay

Property was extremely clean, and had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. It was a short walk to the waterfront and only a couple minutes from locale restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive.

Lost running water on second day. Host was responsive to getting it fixed, but still very annoying. Listing contained false advertising. Claimed to have a “jacuzzi” but it was not hot water, just a small circular pool, and the picture of the complex was a different Plaza Del Mar complex from the one we stayed in. No indication of which floor we would be on (third) which was a challenge for my parent with mobility issues. Location was clean and building was new with proximity to the ocean, but not worth the price in my opinion
