I had tried to message the host multiple times and received no check in information. THANKFULLY I was able to contact VRBO to get a refund. However I would never recommend this property due to the lack of communication with the host. Another reviewer had the same difficulties.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Instructions of the property not accurate to the listing. Did not say we had to pay for parking or how to get to the parking spots. We arrived an hour after check in so there should not have been any issues. Owner stated he would email prior to check in for more detailed instructions. Email never came and when we arrived at the property we didn’t know where to go or what to do. I messaged and called several times with no response waited in the lobby for few hours till we had no choice but to call customer service and they also were unable to reach the owner after several attempts. They had to issue me a refund and look for another property for our family so last minute I was in tears. Tired from our travel and drive. Thank goodness the issue was rectified and we were able to get a place. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY EVER!!!
