Welcome to our Oasis in Paradise

Relax in style at our Port Charlotte home, perfectly designed for tropical sun-kissed vacations. The residence offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and cozy den with a 60-inch TV.

The private heated pool within the enclosed lanai invites leisurely afternoons and al-fresco dining courtesy of the gas grill. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with dishes, utensils, and cooking apparatus. Savor morning coffee at the counter.

The tastefully appointed master bedroom, features an en-suite bathroom and sumptuous bedding. Bedrooms are furnished with linens and towels, and laundry facilities are conveniently located on-site.

While close to all amenities like the beaches and shopping Oasis in Paradise is located in a quiet neighborhood with palm trees and tropical flora and fauna all around.

We had a great stay. Clean spacious great pool. Needed to talk with our host Jay a couple of times and he helped us out immediately. Great host. Nice and quiet location. We rode bikes around the area on several occasions. Very close to the Rays spring training facility. Lots to do in the area.

Quiet neighborhood with convenience of my own pool

Beautiful well kept home, very roomy with all the conveniences I needed. Loved being able to float in the pool whenever I wanted. Owners were very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend.

Hello! We are Jay and Lesley Sullivan, and we are excited to share our Port Charlotte home with you. First of all, we are confident that you will find everything necessary in our home to have a comfortable, relaxing break. Our goal is to make you feel right at home. We hope that we have succeeded.

We bought this house last year in preparation for our retirement in the not-too-distant future. Jay retired from the Army and works in IT as a civilian and Lesley is a High School English teacher. We have two children, Mary who is in college and Jack who is a Junior in High School. As we get closer to being empty nesters and prepare to leave New England we wanted to share our beautiful home with you.

Why they chose this property

We selected this neighborhood after spending time with Jay’s mum and dad who have a place just a few blocks away. While we were here visiting we fell in love with the area and in particular with the quiet neighborhood, the delightful weather, and the outdoor lifestyle.

We love this location because it is close to lots of restaurants, shopping and the beaches, but is tucked away allowing for a peaceful escape. We truly hope you enjoy our home and leave feeling rested and recharged.
