We are located on the Boardwalk at 1st Street. This is the White Marlin Open week. Our rental is in a great location with only steps to the beach and in walking distance to many attractions and places to eat. Sheets, television, alarm clock, free WiFi, towels, lounge chairs on the oceanfront deck, Pillows, blankets, dish soap, phone, reading books, guidebooks, Dishtowels, Refrigerator, Coffee and teapots, Microwave, Oven with stovetop, Pots, Pans, frying pan, Bowls, Ice trays, cooking utensils, Flat wear, Plates, coffee cups, glasses, Dish drain, and more are available in your room. The office gets local newspapers every day. Ocean City Maryland is the best vacation area for adults and kids. The beach is cleaned daily, the food options are endless and activity choices are exciting. This rental can sleep 6, there is a pool, washer & dryer, elevator, and parking on the property. Four adults and two children would be ideal because the room has two queen-size Murphy beds & two large sofas for sleeping and we supply all the bedding. We have a full bath, supply towels, air-condition, private balcony with direct ocean view, and daily towel exchange. There is a pool, elevator, and parking for one car per rental. Located a few steps away from the beach & on the boardwalk filled with fun and excitement, makes this the perfect location. Walking distance to many favorite spots to visit like Marina Deck for dinner, Angler Restaurant for breakfast on the bay, Wobbly Wheel to ride bikes, Dough Roller for breakfast, the inlet to watch the boats, Ocean Gallery to view the art, the piers to go fishing and 20 steps out of the building you are on the beach. This efficiency rental is for a one-week Saturday to Saturday stay & the dates currently available are 7/31/2021 to 8/7/2021 for a 7-night stay.

Great place to stay. Great people to work with!

The process to check in and out was simple and excellent service. Lady’s at front desk are nice but don’t you get it wrong, don’t mess with them! Lol!

The room had lots of closet space, kitchen was nice. The room had a private divider between the beds. Close to food and shops. Everything was was perfect.

Our family has vacationed here in Ocean City Maryland for the past 40 years and the past 30 years I have owned this property. We love Ocean City and Boardwalk One is in the best location for having fun with your family or friends. There is so much excitement being there for the White Marlin Open week. There are so many exciting things to do. We love riding bikes on the Boardwalk in the morning. Some of us bring our bike and some of us rent them. We just park our car on the property and walk to our favorite places. Like the Lazy Lizard, Harbor Watch, Dumsers, Thrashers, and more. We are happy to rent our condo for others to enjoy this great place we call our second home. Our rental is for a 7-night stay in an oceanfront efficiency with many amenities.

This is the best location. Being on 1st Street you are close to where the action is. This rental is direct oceanfront and sits on the best boardwalk and is just steps to the beach. This beach and boardwalk are cleaned daily. There are many comforts of home, with a kitchen to cook in, a large refrigerator, and cabinets to store in. Best unobstructed views of the ocean, family-oriented building with an elevator, laundry room, pool, and spacious rooms.

What makes this property unique

Towels and linens are furnished for your use in the unit. There are plates, flatware, pot and pans, serving bowls, teapot, coffee pot, refrigerator, oven, stove, dish drain, and more. The room gets completely cleaned twice a week. There is a maid service for a mid-week clean. An elevator, pool, laundry room, private oceanfront balcony, and fabulous view. You will park your car conveniently on the property. This is truly a home away from home.
