The Wreath House. A resort style property located in Manhattan, Kansas.

The Wreath House is the perfect destination for families and friends. With its spacious layout and extraordinary amenities, this property is perfect for game day, graduation, or special events. With a king, 2 queens, a full, twin, and 3 queen sleepers, there is room for all. Another sleeper and air mattress can be provided on request.

Enjoy the heated pool and cabana, hot tub, fire pit and lounge area, the Pool House workout facility, three separate grills and an expansive deck. Moments from KSU campus and athletics, CICO park, Linear Trail, and Zoo. The Wreath House is a 1935 floor and a half story that has been renovated over the years to its current prime. The most recent renovation features new wood floors, new paint, a renovated deck, stylish decorations, and the Amazon Alexa smart home system. New furniture inside and outside along with high quality appliances were also added recently. A gas heater and variable speed pumping system for the pool were added just in time for the cooler fall season.

The house is yours to explore during your stay with the following exceptions: Basement janitor's closet, basement HVAC, upstairs closets, main floor hallway pantry / storage, two rooms in the Pool House, and the garage.

Only one tenant family and guests may rent the entire property at one time. This is a dedicate, whole home rental. The owner and other guests will not be present. The private pool is open from April 1 to October 31. Hot tub is open year round. The grills and fire pit are available year round.

Celebration of Life

Our family enjoyed this property before and after a memorial service. It was relaxing and quiet. Close to restaurants but tucked into a little quiet spot.

Awesome stay in Manhattan!

The house was very clean and well kept. The owners were excellent about communicating. The backyard is gorgeous with the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and deck! We would absolutely stay here again.

Family gathering

Very, very nice house. There were a lot of great amenities. There were 13 family members, and we had plenty of room. We highly recommend.

Great Family Reunion Venue

Enjoyed a three-day family reunion at the Wreath House with 12 adult family members and a few other guests. The house was perfect for sharing meals and socializing in/by the pool. The property was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation. We made use of every area, including sleeping accommodations for everyone - which made the reunion a very special occasion! I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Property

This property was just what we needed. Plenty of space for all of us (12 including 6 adults, 3 teens, and 3 kids). Fantastic pool and hot tub space with cabana and sound system, a fire pit for s'mores, and a great deck to enjoy being outside. Why the reason we were all together (a funeral) was hard being able to stay together and give the kids an amazing experience was just what we needed. And the hosts were amazing. Provided all the information you needed, answered questions in a timely manner and made the home so inviting. We will definitely be looking them up next time we are in the area.

Excellent stay at Wreath House!

5 adult couple descended upon Manhattan to celebrate the 40th birthday of one of our friends. Can't say enough about the Wreath House! This was a December party, so the fire pit and hot tub were appreciated - we would LOVE to return in the summer and use the pool and amazing deck. The accommodations were just perfect for our needs. Plenty of sleeping spaces, nice shareable bathrooms - it was just great. The entertaining spaces are incredible - I'm sure even moreso in the warmer months. I had a great conversation with the owner a couple days before our arrival, and felt very comfortable contacting him with any questions we may have had - which we didn't because everything was so intuitive. The stocked fridge and kitchen was SO appreciated. They even left us a big tray of homemade cookies. It was just perfect for our group and our needs. I highly recommend!
