Spacious Oceanview 8-bedroom house with WiFi, AC & Pool in tranquil Holden Beach

Nestled in Holden Beach, this enchanting house boasts 8 bedrooms, including 6 king beds, 6 twin beds, and 2 queen beds. With 9 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind after a day on the beach. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like large swimming pool, WiFi, AC, and double washer and dryers. We hope you enjoy what our place and Holden Beach has to offer. Kitchen is fully equipped with two large sinks, two dishwashers, two full-size refrigerators and all the appliances you need to make just about anything your family wants to eat. With Large porches on both front and back of the house, you and your guests have plenty of room to set and relax after a long day at the beach or at the pool. The public beach access is just a short walk east of the house. Coming soon will be more pictures as we put the final touches on the house. We will have a blackstone flattop grill for outdoor food prep. We are very excited to share our property and all that Holden Beach has to offer to our guests. Stay tuned more to come!! We recently just added a tiki bar for relaxing by the pool

Beautiful home, nice size rooms, wonderful kitchen and good size pool and beach gear for our múltiple generations to vacation together. View of the ocean from múltiple porches with comfy furniture was very peaceful. They took great care in making our trip smooth.

The house was perfect for our family. A short walk to the beach with beach views right from the home. The backyard pool area was also a great set up with plenty of seating for our large group.Probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a beach rental and the kitchen had everything we needed and more!

We had the most wonderful week at this beach house for the second year in a row! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed the home was. The layout was perfect for our group, giving everyone plenty of room to relax while still having great spaces to spend time together.The house is equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed—and then some. It truly felt like the owners had thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and stress-free.The pool is fantastic and it’s an easy walk to the beach making it simple to go back and forth throughout the day.The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. On top of all that, the owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and wonderful to work with.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing house! The kitchen had literally everything we could have needed, including a very large crockpot, for all our homemade dinners. We had only grown children with us but the house was child-ready with crib, high chair and dishes for those who may need it. The hospitality provided via beach towels and chairs, beach carts, freezer stocked with ice, blackstone grill and comfortable furniture inside and out did not go unnoticed! We felt like we were staying in a family member’s home. The house was very clean. The pool was awesome and I would highly recommend this to a large family looking for a home that you can all be comfortable in together. If we could give “6 stars” we would!

Family Beach Trip

I can not say enough wonderful things about this property! The house is absolutely beautiful and furnished/stocked with everything you would want or need- no detail was missed! The pool and tiki area are also amazing and the house is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Last but not least, the owners were lovely to work with and very responsive. We already booked again for next year!

Family vacation at the Seapuppy

Our family had the best vacation on Holden Beach at the Seapuppy. Everything about this property was perfect. The house throughout was stocked with everything we needed and more. The pool was so nice and we all enjoyed spending majority of our day out by it. Prior to our stay, I asked questions and received answers so quickly. The owners are the best to work with.We would definitely stay again.

This house is amazingly well laid out & perfectly stocked with all the things you may need! Jason & Linda did a great job of communicating what items are there for guest use and what the guests need to provide on their own. There were no surprises except for the bedrooms (which were ALL lovely) the pool and tiki bar area (perfect for family gatherings) and the extremely well stocked kitchen with every dish, pan and gadget you could possibly need. Well done - we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay for an extended family weekend! It was perfect! The house is practically brand new and careful attention was put into each detail. In addition to the layout of the house being great for a large group, everything you could need was there. You could tell that a lot of thought was given into making sure everyone has an enjoyable stay and has what they need. There are also lots of personal touches in the kitchen and living area which was very nice to see with a new build. The location and views are great. Beach access is close and carts, chairs, etc. are provided. There was plenty of parking. And don’t miss out on the tiki bar! Like everything else, careful attention to detail was put into it with lots of fun touches. Jason and Linda provided very clear communication ahead of and during our stay and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We had family join us from California and Massachusetts and everyone wants to come back and stay here again! We can’t wait! It truly was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had.

The perfect beach house!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house. The house was supplied with everything you might need to cook for a large group and make the stay comfortable and seamless. Check in was super easy and straightforward. We had a few questions before we arrived and communication with the owners was prompt, clear, and they were extremely accommodating. The house is about a three minute walk to public beach access. The pool is amazing and has an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after the beach and before using the pool. We loved using the blackstone grill for a couple of dinners. The view from the top floor is beautiful, straight out to the ocean. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs (two kings and one of the bunk bed rooms) and the rest of the rooms are on the lower level. The upstairs king and bunk beds have the shared bathroom. The beds were comfy, the showers had beautiful tile and great water pressure, and we had a crib, pack and play, and a high chair for our one-year-old! The elevator was great for moving in luggage and coolers and was a blessing for older family, too! We had family ages one to 77 and everyone loved this house. Thank you Jason and Linda for an incredible stay!

Relaxing Visit at Holden Beach

My family had the opportunity to be one of the first guests to stay at this magnificent home at Holden Beach NC. Everything about our stay and experience was great. The owners are very responsive during booking and with questions. Check in was a breeze as the key was waiting at the house for us. The house, appliances, and furniture are all new. This is a place where you can take a crowd. There are six king beds with their own bathrooms, so every couple gets a great room…no fighting over the best room. There are two bunk rooms for the kids. The bathrooms are very luxurious with custom tile work. The beds are very comfortable. The elevator makes moving luggage in easy. When you reach the top floor with the main living area and kitchen, the view of the Atlantic Ocean is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need to host a crowd or prepare large meals. Two sinks, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two coffee stations with a large eating table and island provide plenty of space and seating. The house has four porches which is nice so you can spread out the crowd. One of our favorite features is the oversized pool with tons of lounge chairs and the awesome tiki bar with seating for a crowd. The tiki bar and pool lights are really cool at night. There is also a Blackstone for cooking by the pool, numerous beach chairs, wagons to haul beach gear and plenty of parking. Overall, this is one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever vacationed in. Book and enjoy!

This house was AMAZING! I read through hundreds of reviews before choosing it for our parents 70th birthdays, and everything was exactly as described! Jason and Linda are so nice to work with & have truly thought of everything. The house was VERY clean and ready for our enjoyment! Beds already made, clean towels (both bath and beach), grill, lots of beach chairs, wagons, ice bags ready in the freezer, etc. We ultimately chose this house because of the king bedrooms, private bathrooms, and large pool. There are 3 bedrooms on main top level with kitchen and living room (K, K, and Bunk Room) and 5 bedrooms on middle level (K, K, K, K, Bunk room). This was perfect for our family! The pool is fantastic, we spent much more time there than I thought, the kids (and adults) loved it! Lounge chairs and tiki bar are great. The beach is a short walk. It was a little far for the older people in our group so we rented golf carts to drop them off first and that worked great! There is also another access not too far on the other side of the house that has golf cart parking across the street if you want to park. The beach was not crowded and so nice! We loved the large living area, the large porches (deck furniture was great!), and drinking coffee in the mornings watching the ocean, The bedrooms and bathrooms were all great sizes! The showers were so nice! It was a great week! Any questions we had leading up to the stay and during were answered quickly. I hope we can return someday!

This is a beautiful house with many special amenities. Loved the setting. Furniture was great inside and out. Kitchen was great with anything we needed and more.Bedrooms so nice. Definitely want to come again. Communication was great. Any question and they replied quickly. Loved it. Our favorite house and we have been coming to Holden beach for over 15 years.

This beach house is absolutely beautiful! Although it is located on the second row from the beach, the three homes directly across the street are single-story, so you still enjoy wonderful ocean views.The home is immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with everything a large group could possibly need. Beach chairs and carts, and plenty of outdoor gear are provided. The pool is wonderful with a bar and grills. The dining area comfortably seats 22, and the kitchen is stocked with every appliance, gadget, and utensil you could want.We especially appreciated arriving to find all the beds freshly made, bath towels in every bathroom, and beach towels in every closet. It was clear that the owners anticipated every need. Simply pack your clothes—they've taken care of everything else! We had a question or two, and the hosts responded within an hour.This is one of the best-equipped vacation homes we've ever stayed in, and we would gladly return.
