Oceanfront 1+ Bedroom Coastal Retreat with hot tub

Oceanfront home available for rent on the beautiful Mendocino County coastline. Enjoy breathtaking views from this 2 acre property - no homes between you and the water. Minutes to Anchor Bay beach , and a short drive to Gualala . Spend your days hiking, beachcombing or exploring Mendocino Wine Country. Spend your evenings listening the barking seal lions at nearby Fish Rock while relaxing in the hot tub.


One bedroom, one bath with additional detached bedroom in the 'Captains Quarters'. Full kitchen, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, Propane BBQ, and wood burning stove firewood not guaranteed but guests are welcome to use if available. Main Bedroom has a queen size bed, 'captain quarters' has full size bed. Additionail queen pull out in main house.

The views were amazing, and the hot tub was in the perfect location for view of the ocean, with a little bit of covering so we could still sit in the hot tub while it was raining outside. Definitely would love to come back and have better weather to enjoy the space in views fully.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the home is very charming. The bed is very comfortable, and the view from the bedroom of the ocean during the day and the stars at night is beyond compare. I don’t want to tell people about this house because I want it just for us. We have stayed here every year since 2019. It’s the place we go to rejuvenate and just relax. It’s small but that’s what I like. You can’t beat the view. It has every thing we need and want. We love Seapoint. But don’t stay here, it’s OUR second home.

Loved this cottage and access to anchor bay. We had a peaceful stay listening to the sea lions and even saw a pod of dolphins swim by while we sat in the hot tub. Wonderful property!!

The kitchen was nicely equipped. Plenty of firewood. Incredible views and very comfortable patio from which to see them. Also great huge panes of glass in the family room that echoed the view from the patio from inside the cottage. Rooms were clean and seating comfortable. more than adequite storage. Lighting was most excellent in all the rooms. Enjoyed browsing all the Guest Books comments. Very convenient distance from all the Gualalaattractions, Definite plus was being able to use the host's pass to a campground that had a private, uncrowded and dog friendly beach.

This was our third time staying here over the last 12 years, and probably our most favorite place to stay. The house is super cozy and charming, with unbelievable views of the rugged Pacific Ocean. We will definitely come back!
