This phenomenal house is in the most sought after area in Concord. This quaint property is perfect for families or groups of friends.Locality is not only known for the well maintained neighborhoods but also for top rated schools. House sits on a 5 acre land with lots of back yard space. As you enter the house, You will find spacious family room on the left and formal living on the right. Family room is furnished with a modern sofa , love seat and glass top center and side tables. Formal living room is furnished with beautiful sofas and TV. Formal dining is furnished with 8 seater light cherry dining table. Kitchen is equipped with a cook top stove with a built-in oven, a refrigerator and a dish washer. Laundry room is located on the main floor and is equipped with brand new washer & Dryer set and wash sink. Right next to the family room, you will be invited into a spacious master bedroom with a king size mattress. Attached Master bath has two vanities and a walk-in closet.

As you go upstairs, There are three guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen size beds in each. Bonus/Third bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds to accommodate big families. Three futons are also provided to accommodate additional guests.

Enjoy modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine during your stay. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing at home, this charming house provides the ideal retreat for guests. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Smoking/Vaping: Any form of Smoking or Vaping is NOT allowed in the condo. There is a fine of $250 if guest violates the rule.
$50 per unauthorized guest per night if guest stays over night. $15 per unauthorized guest if guest is not staying over night.

Great location -

House had at least 14 air fresheners plugged in throughout the house and that made it smell really strongly. Several of us had a hard time with the smells. The layout of the house is a bit strange. Great location
