Welcome to our Relaxing 2-story, newly renovated home located just a short 10-minute walk down Main Street past beautiful Victorian homes to downtown Davidson and a 9-minute walk to Davidson College Campus. Our fully equipped house provides a serene atmosphere with Beaty Park and a children's playground just a block away. With plenty of room for you, your friends, and family, you'll feel right at home. We've made sure to make our home child and pet-friendly with a pack and play and extra sheets, as well as a foldable high chair. Your entire group will have a blast in our loft game room, too! During your stay, make sure to check out Kindred restaurant, located just a short walk away. It's a local favorite known for its delicious cuisine and cozy atmosphere. The Space:
Welcome to our fully equipped home! In the living room, enjoy the fireplace and a variety of games and books. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from coffee and tea to cookware, Tupperware, and even bar equipment and whiskey/drink glasses for a night in. Each bedroom features a smart TV and plenty of extra towels for your convenience. And in the bathrooms, you'll find all of the essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, cotton rounds, and a hair dryer. We've made sure to provide everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The fully fenced-in backyard has a firepit and grill for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. If you're traveling with kids, you'll love that we're located just a short walk away from three delicious ice cream shops. And for some outdoor fun, there are several parks and playgrounds in the area to explore. Plus, we're conveniently located near Lake Norman where you can enjoy a day of swimming, boating, or fishing.
