The house was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of room to hold all of our guests, The house was equipped with all the kitchen equipment that you could want to feed your crew. We would happily stay there again as well as any other properties from this owner.

Beautiful house in an incredible location on water. Easy walking to the beach. Flat layout with four bedrooms and two bathrooms made everything easy for our group of 6. Hawaiian theme made it feel like a vacation within a vacation.

This was our family's second time staying at the house for a reunion. It has several wonderful gathering spaces inside and outside. The deck on the water and the bathrooms seem to have been renovated since we were there 10 years ago, which was nice to see. The home was perfectly clean with all the furniture, linens, and kitchen stuff we needed. The only thing we could have used more of was soap for the showers as only a small amount of pump hand soap was provided.

The place is BEAUTIFUL, tranquil, clean and Annegret is such an incredible host. We were relocating and needed a place to camp while our home was being worked on, and this lovely place provided the perfect soft landing we needed. The lagoon was a pleasant surprise with amazing sunrise and sunset views. You will feel at home in this little piece of heaven.

Great Stay

Myself and a group of fellow doctors stayed at the Lagoon house while in town for a conference. Peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. The host was very pleasant to deal with and house was very nice and clean. Highly recommend place to stay.

Calm in the storm

The lagoon house was a beautiful home in a lovely setting, away from the busyness of the city. It was wonderful to come back to a wonderful quiet and relaxing home and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Excellent House for a Family Trip.

The house is very nice and very well located in Alameda. The owners were very responsive and made our whole experience staying at the property quite enjoyable. The house has all the amenities you find in the add and it is very well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again.
