"Beach Better Have My Money"

Welcome to our clean, charming, brand new home in the heart of Oak Island! The beach awaits you at the end of the short walk (31st Street access point takes you straight to the beach). Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember! Sleeps up to 17 total if 2 to a bed! Can sleep 6-10 kids in bunk room (3 Bunk Beds, 2 TV's and private deck). Baby bed and pet cage available. All rooms have 50 inch Smart TVs & Alexa (65' TV downstairs master). 85-inch TV in living room. Sonos surround sound. 2 furnished decks with 2 swings each. Complete with a private fenced in brand-new 6ft pool. Parking for 4 cars. Level 2 EV charger installed on property.

This is a great vacation home. Clean and well equipped with everything you need. The pool was great! We loved the king size beds with extra pillows and blankets. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been doing family vacations for a few years now and I have to say this is the nicest place we have ever stayed at. The host was very easily accessible for communication. The pool was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the large and spacious house. We enjoyed the pool almost every day. The TV in the family room it’s quite large. The kids enjoyed the TVs upstairs and playing Xbox with each other in the bunk bedroom. The response when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house was amazing. Thank you.

We had two families with our adult children for a total of 11 people. We had plenty of room. Loved the sectional in the livingroom. Was very big and comfortable for all of us. Loved the pool although water was a little chilly. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs. Ryan was very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend and hopefully will be staying here again.

We loved this house!!! Not only was it beautifully decorated and very spacious, but having a pool AND being a close walk to the beach made it a truly perfect place for a beach weekend! The pool and deck space is huge and has plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and is really beautiful- it feels like you’re on a nature walk! The living room also has an enormous comfy couch with a HUGE tv, perfect for movies, music, whatever you want to do! The hosts responded quickly and helpfully. We are already considering coming back for our next get together!

Beautiful immaculate home with all of the comforts

The home was immaculate and offers all of the comforts away from home. The host is extremely sweet and welcoming! Ryan communicated very quickly with me, faster than any other host I have had in the past. I hope to book this beautiful home again in the summer.

Great Stay

I traveled with close friends for our annual vacation. 6 adults and 7 kids ranging from ages 4-12. It was the perfect size and the kids loved the bunk bed area. The host was quick to respond and gave recommendations on places to eat. It was very helpful as this was our first time in Oak Island. This house was probably the one of the best we've stayed in. All the cabinets had kitchen cabinets were full and there were alot of them! Anything we forgot , they had it. Very nice home. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

The house was just as advertised. Everything was very clean and fresh. Beautiful furniture but sturdy. Plenty of space for everyone. Pool was great and outdoor porchswings were the best.Ryan, our host was very attentive to text/emails. Only had a minor incident with with breaker box . An electrician was brought in and promptly fixed the issue.We would love to come back again and stay at this beautiful spacious house.

Wonderful Family House in OKI!

This vacation was one of our favorites in Oak Island. The house was beautiful and had everything you need for a week’s stay! Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great kid’s loft with bunks and tv, several decks with swings,and the pool was fantastic! The location was convenient and we rented a golf cart to go to the beach, which I highly recommend. We loved that each bedroom had its own tv. The extra towels came in handy with the pool. We are super picky about our rentals. Do not hesitate to book this house. The owner is responsive, and they checked in to make sure we were happy with the accommodations. This house is a winner!

Most peaceful stay ever!

My fiancé and I took his family to Oak Island to celebrate his grandmas 80th birthday. It was 9 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The living sectional in living room was huge and could accommodate everyone. The house was exceptionally clean from top to bottom. Checkin was super easy and host checked in on us within 12 hrs of check in and even recommended local restaurants for us. The pool and outdoor area was great and we enjoyed grilling out next to the pool on our last night. The beach was also very close to the property. I have vacationed at Oak Island over the last few years, but this was by far the best stay in that area. Thanks to the wonderful host for a most beautiful property to relax and create memories at!

Spacious home in a nice location

Beautiful, spacious home. Pool is nice. Home could really use a good cleaning. Also, some maintenance. A door was left laying on the upper deck. Reported it and was advised they would come remove it and it was still there when we left. When we arrived the floors had not been cleaned from previous renters, tables were not cleaned. We did notify owners and a cleaner was sent out the next day. She mopped the downstairs floor and cleaned the tables. It’s obvious that the cleaners don’t clean under furniture and bedrooms often. We did have a couple small things come up during the week and the owners was very responsive to handle the issues quickly. Over all we enjoyed our stay
