This beautiful mountainside detached CHALET (house) is very well located and renovated. Available for weekly rentals ONLY. Fully equipped with open concept, 3 bedrooms, (1 king and 2 queens ), 2 large decks with mountainview, large living room/dining room, and recreation room. Beautiful view of Blue Mountain ski hills, PRIVATE pool (heated salt water) hot tub, large sauna, outdoor fire pit. Ideal for a family holidays in the summer, spring or fall (weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday) and for the ski season (Dec- March seasonal rental only). Great location: Directly across from the Century lift and a 5 minute walk to the Village at Blue. Short drive to the beaches, golf courses, hiking, and more. Private yard with large private driveway. House includes granite kitchen/bar, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with icemaker, stove, microwave), big screen TV, internet, WiFi, Rogers Ignite cable TV with Netflix and Prime, wood burning fireplace, air conditioning, gas forced air/heat, 3 bedrooms (one king and 2 queen: sleeps: 6), 3 bathrooms (primary en-suite), recreation room with TV. Plus a private heated in-ground salt water pool (in season), hot tub (4 adults), large sauna, Weber BBQ, 2 decks (table for 6 on front large deck), outdoor fire pit, back yard, fire extinguishers and interconnected CO/smoke detectors, monitored alarm system. Fantastic Chalet

This chalet was perfect for our group of 6 adults. very well equipped and clean. Location was ideal for us as we did not want to be right in the village but literally a 5 minute walk. Jerry was a great host, never an issue. Loved the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this rental

Great location to blue and pool is wonderful!

We had a great time! It's so close to Blue the kids could walk back and forth. Close to collingwood and wasaga for day trips. The pool is a great size and has a jacuzzi and sauna. Beds were clean and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs - it's a split level home - but it was good for us to separate the teens in the basement Bbq worked great and kitchen has everything you need. There is a fire pit area and grass area to play corn hole. Gerry was easy to get a hold of and very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this place. Thanks so much for a great week!

Awesome

Walking in to this stately chalet was awesome. Rustic and Majestic with quality furnishings, complete with every home need and comfortable beds, made anytime spent in the chalet wonderful. That was not the half of it…outside a vast heated pool, family sized hot tub and wood burning fire pit made outside time grander than to a 5 star resort. Private yet Close to the blue mountain village with quaint shops and restaurants and to wonderful Georgian bay beaches made for the perfect location. Jerry was attentive and did everything to ensure our perfect stay. We will absolutely book again next year! Thank you for everything!

Could have been perfect

The location of this place could not be better, the house is spacious, the pool was amazing. Plenty of space to play games out in the backyard etc. however, we stayed there during one of the hottest weeks of the year and the A/C was out of order. That made using the entire house a challenge as there were only two semi cool rooms in the house. I had an elderly parent with me and she was quite Unwell one night due to the heat. Other than that, it was great. Just a stones throw from Blue Mountain village, 4 mins from the beach and 10 mins from the stores and restaurants in Collingwood.

Perfect location!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this chalet. The description and picture were accurate and the host was most helpful. We loved how spacious it was with plenty of things to do just in the chalet. We enjoyed the bbq, hot tub, sauna and the games provided. We will be booking again next year but this time when the pool is open. The village was literally a 10 min walk / 2 min drive which was very convenient. Nearest grocery store and LCBO in Orangeville were a 10 min drive. Highly recommend!

Great vacation at Blue Mountain

Chalet is very spacious and well located close to the village and the base of the mountain. The on-site inground pool, hot tub, sauna and fire pit area were very nice and no need to venture far away most days. Unfortunately the pool heater died towards the end of our stay and the water was a bit cool for the last couple days but still very swimmable. Jerry was very responsive and great to deal with throughout the entire process. Played a few very nice golf courses all in close proximity as well. Great relaxing vacation!

Blue mountain retreat

This chalet provided a week of fun for parents, two adult sons and their girlfriends. Heated pool, hot tub, sauna and firepit were all enjoyed. Walking distance to restaurants. Bike trail close by. Be aware that this chalet has 4 half flights of stairs and may be challenging for some people.

Clean! Communication! Every amenity! Location location location

Jerry was a great communicator from the beginning. The property was perfectly clean and as-advertised. We stayed in June and loved the use of the warm, clean pool, and despite COVID restrictions/closures we enjoyed the proximity of the Blue Mountain Village. Collingwood was also very nearby for picking up click-and-collect groceries. Our kids slept well in the cool, dark bedrooms despite the warm weather outside. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Great change of scenery

This is a fantastic place to stay, very clean and fully kitted out. The pool and hot tub were heavenly and the tv upstairsadee realize my own tv needs replacing :). Hosts were great too, available if I needed anything but also gave me space. I will definitely go back again!

Great getaway in the summer!

Having stayed at many rentals over the years in Ontario and abroad, we enjoyed our 1+ week stay. The location, walking distance to the Village and short drive to Collingwood, Wasaga and Thornbury was great. We had all the kitchen utensils needed and appreciated being able to use the well stocked cupboards. Great layout with comfy beds and couches. Gerry was so responsive and helpful. The pool, sauna and hot tub were an added bonus! Perhaps consider changing/removing carpets as one suggestion and adding more lights in especially facing the hot tub. Would recommend this place and could see ourselves coming back. Thanks!!!

We are a family of four and this property provided a fantastic vacation for everyone. The location close to the village provided lots of activities and hiking and the chalet is very spacious so everyone could have ample room to relax. The chalet is well stocked with everything needed to make meals etc,, We would definitley stay here again.

Home away from home

The chalet is perfect, with great views of the mountain. Ideally located, secluded but close to the village. The chalet has lots of space to move around, and is excellently equipped to need every need. The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to make your meals. All-around excellent week away.

We had such an amazing time at this chalet! We were 6 adults + A toddler & we had so much space! The layout of this property allowed us all to have our own space. It was clean and well kept. The pool & hot tub were awesome! I highly recommend this property! Everything is close and convenient.

Wonderful getaway for whole family

We enjoyed the week-long stay in this beautiful chalet in July 2019. It has it all - great location, just steps from the village with attractions for kids, shopping and dining. Beautiful views of Blue Mountains, two minutes drive to the lake. The chalet itself is wonderfully furnished and decorated, clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is superbly equipped (I wish we had it at home :), even bathrooms are cozy. We especially enjoyed the heated pool - spacious for swimming and deep enough for diving. There is also sauna and hot-tab, so it does feel as your personal resort. The owner was discreet, yet very helpful and prompt in resolving any minor issues. We had wonderful time and will definitely come back for another vacations (if circumstances allow). Totally recommend it.

Perfect getaway for our family

We spent two weeks at this property and it was a perfect getaway for our family, not too fussy so the kids couldn't be kids, and very comfortable. The location was great for evening walks to the Village and very central to everything else around Collingwood. I have no hesitation in recommending this rental property. Gerald was very responsive to any questions we had while there.

This chalet was all it promised to be!

We had an amazing time. We were a quick walk to all of the major Blue Mountain attractions. The chalet was everything we hoped it would be and more. We were very comfortable in the chalet thanks to the wonderful information provided by the owners. They were extremely helpful, quick, and easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns both before and during the stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of its proximity to Blue Mountain (across the road) as well as to the Village at Blue (5 minute walk). In addition, it is beautiful!

What makes this property unique

The view of the mountain is great. The private yard, spacious open concept as well as the salt water heater pool, hot tub and sauna all collectively make our chalet a wonderful and relaxing escape destination. Plus there are many winter and summer activities in the immediate vicinity.
