Waterfront Villa - dockage for 2 boats included in rental

Vacation Villa in Port Royale, comes with two slips that can accommodate boats to 35'. (No shore power on the docks). This relaxing, secluded getaway is on an unpaved road and far from the crowds of N. Bimini. Pristine beach is a short walk away.
Supplies are limited. Bring all the food, paper goods, water, sunscreen repellent etc that will be needed since there is only one tiny market on the island. The entire island experiences frequent power outages. This is out of our control. Internet can be intermittent.

**Security cameras in the front and back of the property are in use. Please lock the door when you leave to keep your valuables safe. There are no cameras inside.

Amazing Stay in South Bimini

Ideal spot for a fishing vacation. Room for two boats and close to the waters around Bimini and further. Condo is well kept, clean and very comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of fishing. Host was friendly and responsive, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to combine comfort with world-class fishing. Definitely plan to go back!

Great place in South Bimini

Great place to stay to enjoy Bimini if you have a boat. The south side of the island is very chill and laid back. They have golf cart rentals to get around and a nice marina if you have a boat.

Great home in South Bimini

Had a great stay and will definitely be back! This home has everything you need and more! From a generously stocked kitchen to an abundance of towels and linens, we had everything we needed. The house's location at the end of a quiet canal with great dockage for our boat was absolutely perfect for our weekend fishing trip! And a big thank you to the host, Carlos, for his attentiveness and quick responses to any and all of our questions.

Great Spot for Boaters

Clean, Quiet, Well Kept with LOTS of beds. Its a 3/2 but has a loft with 2 add'l beds ( twins) and master has add'l twin. Great Marina space and Bimini Cove next door has fuel and provisions. South Bimini is best to keep away from North Bimini madness and million dollar a night hotels. Its a quiet gem.

Quiet paradise

Carlos has the descriptions very accurate . We really enjoyed staying there. He was very responsive with any questions. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking dinners. The only thing my boyfriend could have used is a king size bed in the master, as he is 6’2. We will definitely be back!!! :-)

Wonderful Home

Great place to stay when exploring Bimini! Home was spacious and very well stocked with supplies! Don't bring towels, they have plenty! It's a short walk to beach and we couldn't find a place to rent a golf cart. It's a 5 minute walk so not bad at all!! Home is beautiful and docks are great for your boat! Highly recommend this home on south Bimini. Oh and beach is one of the most beautiful of the entire island!

The house was great. With 6 beds, there was more that enough room for our group of 7. We found the kitchen to be generously stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. The grill is also very good. The two boat docks were good for both of our 24’ boats, just wish they had bumpers on the post. We enjoyed the porch in the mornings and early afternoons. When the sun begins to set, you need to head indoors to avoid the mosquitoes and sand gnats. Of course this is no fault of the host, it’s just the joy of being on South Bimini. There was a citronella candle on the porch and we left 2 more behind. Great week. We would stay here again.

South Bimini Dream Home

My wife and I spent a week in this house with our 4 teenage kids and this place was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us. Super clean and an amazing location on a canal with private docks.We enjoyed the gas grill on the deck overlooking the water where we cooked every dinner and a few lunches. The propane was plentiful, and the grill was fantastic. The house is well stocked with kitchen essentials. All you need to bring is food!Carlos is an amazing host and was very quick to answer all pre-trip inquiries as well as a couple we had while we were staying there. Cannot wait to get back to this house for another visit.

Best time spent in Bimini

Our vacation at this villa was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we could tell it was going to be a peaceful, fun, and relaxing experience. The villa was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We came prepared, but honestly, the villa had it all—plenty of towels, bedsheets, and enough room for a big family! We had two families staying here, and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable.Carlos, the host, was incredibly nice and communicative throughout our stay. He made sure that all our needs were met, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We felt taken care of from start to finish.Overall, this vacation was everything we hoped for and more. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future! Highly recommend!

Bimini getaway

We loved our stay at the blue “amigo” as the locals called it! We have traveled to Bimini many times and appreciate all of the “extras!” The dock is a huge plus when crossing in your own boat. We had plenty of room for our family of 6.

Waterfront Villa

The perfect, 3 day 2 nights get away. House is exactly as described. Communication with Carlos was excellent. He even let us know the day before that the property would be available at anytime we arrived. Being able to offload our food and supplies was a huge bonus!! Awesome Stay

Property was well kept, definitely as advertised. Make sure you bring the bug spray. It is located on a nice quiet Cove plenty of dock space. Would definitely recommend we will be staying here again next year.

We have been coming to South Bimini for over 20 years and fell in love with the place the first time we came here. We enjoy fishing, boating, going to the beach, taking walks in the morning and gazing at the stars at night.

Why they chose this property

Our home away from home is off the beaten path. If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all with some peace and quiet and unbelievably beautiful scenery, you found it.

What makes this property unique

Since our property is directly on a saltwater canal with easy access to the ocean, most of our guests come by boat. The rental comes with two slips, each one of which is 40 feet long to easily accommodate your boats. Be aware that the canal entrance is only 4 feet deep at low tide.

Because the weather and seas are unpredictable 2 weeks out, we STRONGLY recommend you purchase travel protection through VRBO.
