Nestled on the Snowcreek Golf Course beneath the sprawling Sherwin Mountains is Lodges 1140—a perfect base for discovering the wonders of Mammoth Lakes. This 2-level, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome accommodates up to 8 guests and is only a short walk from the community hot tub and free town shuttle. Picture pine-scented days drinking coffee on the balcony, followed by adventures on the tracks and trails and lively evenings gathered by the fireplace.

On the first floor, discover comfortable and cozy sleeping accommodations—each with a TV and patio access. The guest bedroom hosts a soft king bed, while the bunk room with a twin-over-queen bed is ideal for families or kids.

The combined living, dining, and kitchen spaces are on the second level. As a cheerful fire warms the room, sink into the comfy sofa, loveseat, and armchair to watch movies on the Smart TV, sip hot cocoa, and share tales of the day’s adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with KitchenAid and Whirlpool appliances, plus a griddle, waffle maker, and a slow cooker for easily prepping delicious, homemade meals. Summer and bluebird days invite guests onto the furnished balcony to enjoy the scenic view.

Parking for 2 cars makes exploring easy, or guests can use the free town shuttle stop outside the complex. For ski access, visit Little Eagle Lodge (6 minutes), Main Lodge (13 minutes), or Canyon Lodge (9 minutes). Book today!

The property managers were absolutely superb! The home was lovely and well maintained. The couch was causing me and my kids allergies not sure why but that was the only flag! Perhaps clean it for sensitive visitors! Otherwise the home had great furniture and everything you’d need for a solid stay in Mammoth! Thank you:)

Great mountain house

This was a great place to stay. The location was easy to get to and the house accommodated two families and with the bedrooms divided, offered lots of privacy. The management had great communication.

Perfect Summer Spot for Families!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is perfection for a summer getaway! There’s a beautiful walk/bike path just steps away that takes you straight to Main Street, which made everything super easy and fun. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventuring.The home itself is great for families, especially multi-family trips as there are two master bedrooms on separate floors, which worked out perfectly for our two-family stay. Easy access to the garage was a bonus, and the grounds are lovely and well-kept.Our only small feedback: we really wished there had been a BBQ for outdoor cooking, and while the sofas were stylish and fit the mountain vibe perfectly, they were a bit uncomfortable due to the down feathers poking through, especially not a hit with the kids.Other than that—10/10 recommend! We'd absolutely stay again!

We have stayed at numerous Lodges properties over the last 5 years and have never stayed in one so well appointed ever. If you like/love to cook- stay here. If you like wonderful glass of wine or Champagne- stay here. I have gotten into the habit of bringing my own knives, specialty glasses (wine, Champagne, whiskey)- they had everything and more. Wonderful experience and thank you for having the most well appointed kitchen/bar I have ever seen.

Great location

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. I love this place. I did not enjoy the front door lock. I tried it numerous times, making sure I hit the checkmark every time. It did not work. It did not help that it was pouring down rain when I was trying to get the front door unlocked. Come to find out, you think you’re touching the numbers because they light up, but they don’t actually register because they don’t make noise. Other than the check-in process, everything was amazing at this location. We would stay here again for sure.

Almost perfect

The property was a great location and my two issues would not be deal breakers. The beds aren’t the most comfortable if you don’t have a great back and the couches have down feathers that poke you where you sit so just wear long pants. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Sandra

Wonderful Spring Break!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The home was nice and clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, garage is a bonus, laundry is a bonus, and all ages enjoyed the location with a chance to play in the snow right out the front door as well as use the complex hot tub. We hope to be back again.
