Situated on a secluded estate, Villa Mendia guarantees peace and privacy. When you're ready for vibrant downtown life, a 15-minute drive brings you to Telluride for dinner at the Sheridan Chophouse, followed by drinks in the parlor. Enjoy a day hike to Cornet Creek Waterfall or a salt cave massage at Pure Beauty and Wellness Spa. Alternatively, drive to Telluride's Mountain Village for a patio lunch at Black Iron Grille after a scenic hike up the Ridge Trail. WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 8.
- You are about a 10 minute drive into Town and Mountain Village, so we suggest a vehicle.
- There is visitor parking available in Mountain Village which is the best way to access skiing.
- The bedrooms do not have televisions in them.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
