Beautiful and large Studio/Apartment in the heart of The Falls Area, 5 minutes by car to the Falls Shopping Center, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, movie theater, etc. This is a very comfortable studio/apartment with a queen size bed, living room area, kitchenette (no stove) with table and chairs, full bathroom. Desk area for your Laptop or tablet. Fresh Linens and towels are provided. Parking space in front of the studio entrance.
Only people in the reservation will be allowed in the property - NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO SMOKING.

The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. The unit itself was beyond my expectations. I can honestly say that the posted images do not do this place justice. It is absolutely stunning inside and outside, and is situated in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The mattress, sheets, and pillows were high quality and soooooo comfortable. I will definitely my returning. The host was accommodating when asked, but was truly respectful of my privacy overall.

Cute Place with Convenient Location

We needed a place to stay for a week while my fiance had some medical appointments. We wanted something more private than a hotel. This place was cute, quiet, and convenient. We were never more than 20 minutes away from where we wanted to go. Even though it’s a shared property, we never saw anyone else. It’s in a nice neighborhood. The property owner was quick to respond. The air conditioning worked great. I had no issues that went unaddressed. The only thing I would say is that the hot water in the shower does not last long at all. Not more than 5 minutes. So if you’re someone who really enjoys hot showers, you won’t get it here. There’s also no clear instructions about where to put the trash if it needs emptied during your stay. There is a pool at the property, but I’m not sure if it’s available for use. However, I never asked. I’m sure if I had, I’d have gotten an answer.

Granddaughter’s First Communion in Miami
