A bit off the beaten path...in the coastal surf community of Isabela, Fusion Beach Villas 2 acre oceanfront oasis is a beach and nature lovers dream come true. Our exceptional location and unique architectural design bestow comfort, environmental harmony and a sense of universal peace to all who visit.

Oceanfront GARDEN studio is located on the ground floor and equipped with kitchen (1/2 size refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave) queen bed, sofa, split unit air conditioning, ceiling fan, 32" flat screen TV w/ROKU, free high speed wi-fi. Two sets of double glass doors open onto a partially covered oceanfacing balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the yard / lounge areas.

Fusion Beach Villas is located on 2 acres of lush, private oceanfront property approx. 1/2 mile west of popular Jobos beach in Isabela, PR. There are four villas on the property: three are available for short term rental; owner lives on the ground floor where you will also find Fusion Floral Art, a boutique flower shop.

Guests staying at Fusion Beach Villas may lounge in one of multiple outdoor areas on the property, all designed in harmony with nature to enhance peace, relaxation and a general sense of well-being. Most popular is our shaded 20x30' backyard terrace area next to the large flamboyan tree. Here you will also find an outdoor rain shower w/custom mural, bathroom, BBQ, swing, hammock and picnic areas.

A wooded landscaped path leads you from the backyard to our own private beach right behind Fusion Beach Villas. From here, you can walk to popular Jobos Beach (7-8 minute walk) and surf, swim, eat lunch or dinner, sip cocktails at the bar or simply lounge on the beach and watch the surfers and action.

Take fun selfies or group pics in front of one of 3 vibrant custom murals commissioned on the property. In October, a large 16' tepee was erected on the beach out back adding yet another picture perfect spot for your selfies and group pics. This majestic 16' high bamboo tepee marks the entrance from the beach to our property and is a great spot to practice meditation and/or yoga.

Or simply sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, birds and natural surroundings. Rest, Relax, Recharge and Renew at FUSION Beach Villas on Isabela's magical northwest coast.

We are a local woman-owned & managed property with boutique accomodations that each sleep 2-4 people. Combined the 3 vacation villas on the property sleep 6-10 people.

If you are looking for paradise this is it! The studio is perfect and she has supplied everything from dishes to hot plates and a grill. If you wanted to shop for food and stay here only you could. The outdoor area is lovely, but the walk down the path to the beach is breathtaking!! Elaine is available if you have any questions or needs and asked quite sweet. This is our go to place to relax.

We are so glad we chose this wonderful place to stay! We stayed a few nights during our first trip to PR and wished we would have stayed longer here. Elaine was a really marvelous host who gave us very helpful suggestions for eating and exploring the area. She has created a truly special place. The property & garden studio were lovely and are everything that the photos show. The sounds and the view from the balcony made you feel the natural beauty. Such a short path to a desolate part of the beach! Easy walks to local eateries (quality~coffee, lunch and dinner). Great location for day trips in every direction. Isabela has chill charm that is very unique in PR. We would definitely try to stay again whenever we might return to PR.

Anniversary Trip

The host Elaine was very welcoming! The place was wonderful from the art everywhere to the peaceful nature walk, and the beach is gorgeous! We had a wonderful time sitting in several sitting areas relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze and the views! It is very walkable to several food and drink options. Jobos Food Truck Park to the west and several Jobos beach restaurants to the east!! Overall an amazing anniversary trip with my wife!!

Wonderful and relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Elaine is a very kind and down-to-earth host & was happy to answer our questions. We stayed in the Garden Suite which was the perfect size for my husband and I. Having coffee on the balcony in the morning was so relaxing and such a beautiful view! Also, having 2 beach chairs and a small cooler at our disposal was so helpful for our trips to the beach. We hope to be back again soon!

Jobos beach stay! Overall great and budget friendly

We enjoyed the location of this property immensely. Loved the balcony for morning workouts or breakfast. The walk to the beach is super short right out back and very lush! We loved being able to walk right to a cool beach, nice restaurants/bars, and an ocean blow hole! Was nice to have beach chairs, towels and cooler provided. Only complaints, should have been cleaned better (dirty rugs, spots around that just didn’t make it feel as nice as I’d like) and need to provide paper towels BUT it was budget friendly and I still very much enjoyed my stay.

We rented a one bedrrom apartment. Elaine has done a great job of elaborating a quaint, lush garden by the beach. The murals, use of shells and natural ocean 'articles"elevates the experience and exudes attention to detail. Good job. Will certainly be back.

We loved it!

From NC, surprised my lady for her birthday on a 5 day Puerto Rico getaway & she loved it. The privacy, cleanliness to the location. It’s actually probably a 3/4 minute walk through a trail in the backyard to the private beach. Elaine is very professional, dependable & just family like. She gave us recommendations, a map & told us a different way to the waterfall because we had scratched that off the list half way up the narrow road mountains! We’ll definitely come back when we’re on a romantic trip.

It was nice but I would find a different place to o stay next time

The kitchen set up was very disappointing for this price and in comparison to the other places we stayed There was a 2 burner hotplate and one burner didn't really work right... I didn't enjoy my interactions with Elaine. She made me feel uncomfortable about her cat, we gave it some milk because it was meowing at our door she wasn't home, we didn't know anyone was living there. There are many strays im PR, and I guess we weren't supposed to do that, there was some other some other petty stuff. A gracious host is very important to me, as much as the surroundings. I won't go back, but the place is beautiful

Hi Twyla, I’m sorry you chose to be offended because I asked you not to leave milk out in front of the villa. We were gracious enough to accomodate your early check in (arrived 4 hours earlier than check in time, w/o any advance notice) . Lack of communication on your part coupled with ignoring basic house rules and common courtesies do not for a gracious host make!

Nice relaxing vacation at Jobos

Our studio unit at Fusion Villa was very nice. Elaine our hostess was friendly and always available. The studio was clean, quiet with a lovely view of the garden. The beach is a short walk on the property to an undeveloped sand-dune shore with an almost private beach. When the surf is high which it was for our stay there is no swimming at Fusion, however Jobos beach is a very pleasant 10 minute walk with a safe swimming area. The Jobos area has several very good restaurants: Tasty and unusual fare at Umas (menu items - I'm not kidding - from Uzbekistan), great barbecue at La Vista, local dishes at Tsunami, delicious breakfast at TBC - all are a short walk or a few minutes drive. Shopping is nearby in Isabella our Aguadilla. The markets have good selection - both local and imported from the US, with prices similar to the mainland. We did cook at Fusion, but you need to know that the lower studio unit is minimally equipped for cooking. Elaine gave us a tour of the upper studio and one bedroom units which both have larger better equipped kitchens. Overall we had a great time and plan to return next year.

We had a fantastic stay in this sweet beach villa! Elaine was welcoming and it was nice having her on the property. When we had an issue with our rental car she called Triple-S on our behalf. I would consider this going above and beyond! The studio was quaint and as pictured. AC and fan worked great. Our favorite part was the private jungle path that led us to a gorgeous stretch of beach minutes away. We highly recommend staying here!

This was a wonderful stay. The place is very quiet, well appointed and in a great location. The private balcony, communal courtyard, provided beach chairs, towels and cooler were all stand out features. The private path to a quiet stretch of beach and short walk to Crash Boat were also very appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Elaine!

Absolutely beautiful. Clean and cozy studio with amazing views from the balcony. Amazing site. The walk through the groves to the beach is peaceful. Plenty of beach to enjoy and explore to the east or west. Elaine was a spectacular host! Small or large group, I would highly recommend. Huge pavillion to enjoy for dinner or dancing.

I grew up all over the place: born in England and lived in Michigan, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Guam, Florida, Virginia, Georgia. I love all water sports and feel blessed to live here where I can be as active or as lazy as I like. Some days, I take long walks on the beach and other days I surf, windsurf or snorkel / dive (depending on the conditions and my mood). Isabela is magical coastal community with friendly locals and statesiders who live, work, and or vacation here. We love Isabela and welcome you to explore this corner of the island of enchantment.

Why they chose this property

I first visited the beaches of Isabela with my grandparents when I was 3 years old. I knew then that one day I would live & work here. Realization of my dream began a decade ago with the purchase of several acres of undeveloped beachfront property. At that time, practical considerations dictated a traditional business career & my professional obligations required extensive travel. However, I found myself retiring here again and again to contemplate what I wanted to build and how it would all come about. I wanted the development of the property to be in harmony with nature and reflect the rich, cultural heritage of Puerto Rico. The design of the villas was inspired by the architecture of Old San Juan and my love for the ocean. Tall ceilings, interior courtyards, livable balconies, ocean views from all rooms mark my deep respect and appreciation for the plants, birds, and nature that surrounds us daily. Namaste.

Close to popular surf, bike, golf, snorkel, horseback riding, diving spots. If you are a kiter or windsurfer, you can launch from our private beach. Or, you can walk west along a secluded beach for miles or east to Jobos Beach, where you can grab a drink or meal at one of several oceanfront restaurants. Amazing sunrises & sunsets!
