Welcome to Salty Haven—your beachfront retreat in Puerto Rico! Our cozy 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apt offers breathtaking ocean views and the calming sound of waves, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Just a 5-min walk away, you’ll find a vibrant food truck stop with delicious local eats. Take a 15-min beach stroll to Jobos Beach, where you’ll discover a variety of restaurants and bars. Whether you’re lounging on the balcony or exploring the island, we can’t wait to host you and share our slice of paradise! Please note: Mandatory Guest Registration Form must be completed at least 7 days before check-in for gate access/apartment access.

Pool hours: Monday and Fridays: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. *Hours might vary at times by the HOA*

Turn off all AC units, and lights whenever not in the apartment.

Do not tamper with the AC controls or the dehumidifier. **AC units only have an on/off button, temperatures cannot be adjusted**. Dehumidifier has a set schedule to help with common beach apartment humidity.

Make sure all doors and windows are closed when AC is on to prevent any AC damage.

Doors and Windows have sensors that detect open and closing.

No outside visitors allowed and no parties.

Smoking is prohibited within the apartment and in the surrounding area.

Do NOT wash Beach Towels with white Bath Towels.

Do not move the furniture or sit on them with wet swimsuits or with suntan oil.

Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets.

Per HOA guest may not hang clothes, towels, or linens on balcony railings or windows.

Be cautious with your personal belongings. Always lock the door when you leave the apartment. Be mindful of leaving valuables in your car. We are not responsible for any theft.

Lost keys may result in a $40 replacement fee.

Any rule violations may result in cancellation.

Report any damage or issues immediately.
