Private, Quiet, Cottage Retreat 10 minutes to downtown Nashville

Close enough to everything but also far enough away to provide a restful retreat. 3 room cottage has a private bedroom as well as a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Neighborhood is close to airport but only 7 miles from downtown. We are in a safe, quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything wonderful Nashville has to offer. Pets are most welcome with a $50 nonrefundable per pet fee. Smoking is 100% not permitted inside the cottage. There will be a $200.00 fine if smoking occurs inside the property.

Awesome stay!

We had a really great stay. 15 minute drive to the city and plenty of stores close by to get groceries or just quick last minute things. The airport is very close but it wasn’t as loud as you would think inside the house. There is a nice park about 30 steps away as well!

Had a nice stay for the weekend out of town. Close to everything you want to see in Nashville but far enough away from the noise and traffic. Perfect location!

Cute, quiet & clean cottage! It was perfect for a quick girls weekend trip. Close to the airport - but barely any airport / plane noise! I would definitely recommend you book this place.

Excellent cottage stay

This was a great stay for my husband and I. The cottage was clean, stocked, and as listed. The neighborhood was very convenient. We will definitely return the next time we are in town.

Great Tiny Home!

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage—it truly had everything we needed for a peaceful and cozy getaway. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and full of character. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to bring our dogs. The outdoor space was perfect for them (and us!) to relax and enjoy the fresh air.There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning. The cottage doesn’t have a dedicated kitchen sink or water supply, so we had to use the bathroom sink for washing dishes, which was a bit tricky—especially since it’s located behind the bathroom door. Additionally, while we understand the importance of leaving the space tidy, we were a little surprised by the request to strip all the bedding at checkout, given the price point. It felt like a bit much.That said, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly, and unique place to stay!

Fantastic Stay!

Property was clean and exactly as described. For what we needed, a few days stay with just us and the dogs, it was perfect! Do take note that there is not a formal kitchen or kitchen sink (there is a sink in the bathroom), which could be problematic for a longer stay. However, David is very forthcoming about this in the property listing and details - so no surprises. Overall, very happy stay in a very nice neighborhood!
