This inviting condo is designed for your comfort and ease, offering stunning ocean and sunrise views right from the balconies—perfect for starting and ending your day by the sea. The fully equipped kitchen includes both Keurig and drip coffee makers, so you can enjoy your favorite brew in the morning light. With a location that’s just a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and the beach, plus a cozy living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, this condo is made for relaxation and convenience.

Inside, you`ll find two bedrooms designed for relaxation. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a daybed, perfect for one person or a child. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen-size sofa bed.

The main bathroom upstairs is a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, connecting the two bedrooms, making it easy to share. Additionally, there`s a second bathroom located on the main floor for added convenience.

Enjoy pool views from the second-floor deck, or head upstairs to the third-floor deck, where you can catch glimpses of the ocean peeking through palm trees. Both decks are perfect spots for morning coffee or an evening drink.

For beach days, we provide beach chairs, toys, towels, and a wagon to carry your gear. Access to the beach is secure and gated, ensuring a private and peaceful experience.

- N O T E S -

You’ll have access to the entire condo with the exception of the locked owner’s closet. You’ll have full access to the property amenities including both pools, gated beach access, etc.

Must be comfortable with stairs; the condo is on the second floor and is 2 stories (there is no elevator).


Our Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that your stay will be worry-free. If you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them immediately, and we’ll send our team to resolve any concerns. Your comfort is our top priority!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
