Though most guests follow the rules, when rules regarding pets, vaping, smoking, or marijuana are violated, we charge $250 for deep cleaning costs.

Though the building sat vacant for years and required updates, I have carefully preserved its historical charm while breathing new life into the space. Guests can now experience the authentic character and glimpse into the region's past that this property provides, immersing themselves in the local culture in a way that is hard to find elsewhere.

With its storied history and dedication to honoring the past, this building offers a truly distinctive alternative to more modern rental options in the area.
