Experience the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, a private, exclusive retreat away from the hustle and bustle with world class outdoor activities moments away. This spacious mountain retreat features custom finishes, rustic décor, and breathtaking mountain vistas. Enter the main level to discover a spacious, open layout seamlessly integrating the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Large windows allow for spectacular views of the mountains that surround you and southerly exposure provides ample sunlight in the winter. The well-equipped kitchen is a focal point with its expansive island, gas range / oven, wine cooler, and ample countertops, perfect for your family gatherings. Unwind in the lower level family room after meals, where a large flat-screen TV and fireplace set the stage for relaxation and family time. Darts, board games and a pool table accompany a wet bar, perfect for evening entertainment. A pull out sleeper sofa offers additional accommodations for guests. Retreat to the upper level where the primary suite includes a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a private balcony, and a walk-in custom closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings and mountain vista views. A custom bunkroom offer an abundance of living space and guest quarters, with a window seat for reading and games and activities to keep younger guests busy for hours. The sitting area with a foldout bed allows for additional space in the upper level area. Additional features include a 2-bay heated garage accommodating two vehicles (4WD required in winter) and a private hot tub and fireplace awaits on the outdoor stone patio. Two decks offer panoramic views of the ski runs of deer valley and park city mountain. The main deck features a gas firepit.
