My family of 12 were able to be accommodated. The host was very responsive and available whenever we reached out. The only issue we had was the parking. Although it was street parking, there were parking restrictions so some family members had to keep moving their cars.

Thank you for the kind words! Yes- we have room for 4 cars and many neighborhoods have restrictions with street parking. I'm glad you and your large group enjoyed your stay!
Very convenient to the area our group was in during the day. Basement shower was a little tricky, but was good in the end. Spacious kitchen area was nice.

Thank you for the kind words! I hope we can welcome you again!
This is a convenient and comfortable house in Wheaton. Our host, Blaine, was helpful and quick to answer all our questions. We were there during brutal winter weather and the heating system worked great! There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. All the appliances worked just fine, beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels and linens. Bath gel, hand soap and shampoo and conditioner were provided. The kitchen is also well equipped. Although we could not use the deck because of the weather, it looked nice as did the back yard. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for all the kind words! We hope to host you again! So glad the house kept you warm during those negative temps we experienced! (:
Very spacious house with large beds. The neighborhood is quiet and well manicured with downtown Wheaton just minutes away. My friends and I spent a lot of our time on the back patio area and in the basement playing pool.
Our group of 5 had a nice time while in town. It fit our needs, was cute & cozy. We appreciated the cleanliness and availability of kitchen utensils as we enjoy cooking our meals. Great beds for sleeping well. A bit of a noisy house with the trains going next door and the sump pump going off frequently throughout the night. Overall a nice choice for a short term stay!
Our experience was mainly positive. The floors were dirty upon arrival and the downstairs bedrooms heard every footstep, but every other aspect was very nice.

Suggestions
I strongly recommend providing a binder with check out instructions. Wi-fi password. It took several hours to get the Wi -fi login and password. Also recommend getting more kitchen supplies. No pizza cutter, no dish towels etc. floors were very squeaky and load no heat downstairs.

Although there are some nice features to this property, like the open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room, and being right across from a train station, our stay had a lot of issues. One bed was caved in to the middle, two bathroom doors wouldn’t close (missing 8 of 18 screws from the hinges) and the kitchen light was flickering. To his credit, the host offered to send a contractor, but during our family Easter dinner. It felt to us (just our opinion) that the house was rushed, incomplete, thrown together. All that can be overlooked if the host is on top of things, but communication with the host was not timely, ultimately requiring VRBO’s intervention twice.
