Inaccurate listing

Has photo of dog in listing but has no pets listed. This is a shared pool and hot tub it was not listed on the reservation and wasnt disclosed until 24hrs before check in. Hist was unresponsive with accommodating after this was found out.

Dear Martin, I'm sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We do allow pets now, but I can understand how a picture of a dog outside by the pool may have led you to believe that there were pets allowed at the time of your reservation. Additionally, the pool and hot tub are described in the listing as shared amenities, I'm sorry that your expectations for a private pool and hot tub were not met. Next time I recommend you book a unit with a private pool and hot tub if thats what you are looking for. We're apologetic that you did not feel that you received adequate value for the $100 you paid for your one night for is a single family home in a great location with access to a shared pool and hot tub. Good luck with your future rentals- be sure to read the listings carefully before you book - we include a lot of relevant information in our listings.
