Bright rooms (all upstairs) in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, fenced backyard and garage parking for 1 car (more can park in front of the house). 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and a futon.
75 inch TV with surround on master bedroom with Netflix, Disney+ and HBOmax!

GUEST ACCESS
Fireplace, closets, reading and working spaces, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, iron, hangers, dinnerware, and utensils. Two patios, one covered and a large deck for entertainment. Hammock under tree shades.

Clean and spacious house in quiet neighborhood

Everything was as advertised, owners were quick to respond and address to minor issue we discovered. We enjoyed a movie on a huge tv in master bedroom. It took us just over 20 mins to reach the downtown area from the property. Would stay there again when traveling to San Antonio again.

House needs a complete overall

This is not a top tier property. Homeowner is great and very nice, but the house was filthy and nothing like described on the website. Floors and counters were filthy, refrigerator was dirty and was not cleaned out. AC doesn’t work properly, beds are old and need to be replaced, deck is old and need to be replaced, house looks like it hasn’t been painted since it was built, etc, etc. Also the homeowner clearly pockets the cleaning fee. It was obvious know one bothered to deep clean it or sanitize it as described. I could go on and on...bottom line is only stay here as a last resort.

Please read the other reviews we have as this post is false. Vacation rentals such as this home are for the most part, used private homes with normal wear and tear. Not hotels and not brand new houses.. it is unfortunate that this guest expected a brand new home (or a hotel for that matter). The house is in good shape, the AC does work, the paint and deck don’t need to be replaced, the beds are in really good condition and, regarding cleaning, the house is professionally cleaned and disinfected for each guest. I, the owner, even checked the home after cleaning was done prior to this guest’s arrival.

Amazing Host!

VRBO had accidentally cancelled our reservation at another property. Manuel was so accommodating and got the place cleaned up quickly after his previous guests so we could have a place to stay. He saved our trip!! The house is in a great location, safe neighborhood and was a wonderful place to stay. We can't thank him enough for helping us out on such short notice.

Family Reunion

The house was in good condition. The beds were a little uncomfortable but not terrible. The living room could have used a bigger TV and more sitting area. The two bedrooms had huge TV's which was awesome! Although for the six of us there was plenty of room. The owner was very nice and prompt to answer any of our questions.

Beautiful home located in great location in San Antonio.

The house was very spacious with lots of room for the entire family. Everything you need was there in the home and ready to use. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in San Antonio.

The location of the house is located on the other side of downtown. It was about a 30min drive to the river walk. While the house was spacious their is only 3 beds with two of them being twin beds. Some areas of the house were dirty like the kitchen floor. You could tell someone cleaned the house before we arrived but was rushed while doing so. Over all it was a good place we enjoyed our stay. Will consider renting again since the owners was always reachable and the home was spacious for a group of 5
