This apartment is very well furnished with a double bed, living-dinning area (with table with four chairs), kitchenette, balcony facing the front of the building and a complete bathroom. The building has gym, swimming pool (open in summer season), sauna and a wide terrace. Just five blocks away from a subway station. Sorrounded by cafes, restaurants and boutiques. An ideal location for your stay in Buenos Aires!

-The apartment is located on Fray Justo Santamaría de Oro street between Guatemala St and Paraguay St.

Toaster, Coffee maker, microwave oven, iron, hairdryer and safety box. It also has Cable TV and WIFI

I always give my phone number to the guests in case they need anything. I like to make you feel at home

The laundry is on the ground floor, by the elevators. You can purchase tokens to operate the machines from the building manager or the night security staff.

Great location, could walk anywhere in Palermo Soho/Hollywood and right near a lot of buses/subte. Everything looked like the pictures and the host was quick to respond to any questions through WhatsApp. Great apartment, would stay there again!

Great Location

Overall good experience, the property was in a very good location very close to restaurants/public transit. Unit was located on the back side of the building so the balcony wasn't facing the street (bonus for quietness), however there was some construction next door during the day (hard to avoid in a big city), but overall wasn't bad. Apartment was clean and perfect size, no issues with the internet, and the rooftop was nice for relaxing. Wanted to point out a hairdryer is supplied (I brought my own and it was unnecessary hah). Check in was easy. Check out was a little unclear in what I was supposed to do since I didn't get any prior instructions - I just returned the key to the lockbox where I retrieved it, easy enough (note this could have been because it was during a holiday) and that seemed to be fine. Would recommend staying here!
