About the host
Hosted by A.J. Payne
I am originally from Fishers, Indiana. I moved here twice actually. The first was my Sophmore year of college. I lasted a year! Went back home, graduated from IUPUI of Inianapolis. Although my hat hangs with the Hoosiers. I moved back in August of 2000. The reason I wanted to be here was to Ski and Party. (Pixie and the partygrass boys) I also love to Mnt. Bike and play with my kids.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it was one of the up-and-coming parts of Denver and it was one of the only places I could afford. The best part of the neighborhood was diversity and walkability. I could be anywhere in the City in under 20 minutes.
What makes this property unique
It's all on one floor, no stairs. It's small and easy to manage. I also love the restaurants, breweries, coffee shops all within walking distance.
