We all enjoyed the cabin. There were ten of us ranging from 60 to 5 years old. The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed the hot tub out back. There was plenty of space for everyone.

Millipede infestation
Based on location and overall view of the cabin was good. When we arrived, it appeared clean and had the necessary accommodations we were looking for. We noted outside of the cabin there was a dust around the perimeter of the cabin and there were a number of dead insects (appeared like millepedes)
As time progressed we began to see some in the cabin, especially in the lower level bedrooms.
The next morning we went to the Auntie Belham's office to discuss the issue. They stated that they had sprayed and that these type of insects were hard to keep out of the units, during this time of year. They did not mention this when we checked in the evening before.
They stated they would have someone out to spray again. We discussed that there were so many in the rooms and carpeted area, that needed to sprayed and cleaned.
They stated they would vacuum as well.
We were gone during the day. On our return, it did appear they had sprayed and done some clean up.
As the week progressed their continued to be some infestation mainly to the lower level,
We should have been informed that the infestation had been a problem and given us some options on how to address this matter. Because we were not initially informed us of this issue, we felt they hid it from us.
We were called on 2 occasions to offer us free show tickets or meal compensation which we opted not to take.
The building/property was fine, but the building was over run by millipedes. They were everywhere. Not sure the property service could do anything about it. We did call them the next morning and they sent pest control - which killed some of them, but the onslaught was unending by the creatures. We spent a LOT of time catching and flushing them - but 5 minutes later they were back again, and coming in from everywhere. Needless to say, very little rest/sleep as we also had small children. But with everything booked up, where else to stay (AND would any other cabin anywhere else be any better?). Too late to make last minute changes for many other things which had been reserved and paid for! We were also extremely disappointed that we were not WARNED of the excessive nature of the millipede problem BEFORE departing on the trip - which we can see in another review, they were well aware of this mess within the month of June! They did speak on this at check-in but it is rather LATE for us to do anything about it then, after a long, tiring trip with 4 small children.

Bugs
First, I was told check in was at 4pm. Nobody would give me the address, even general location of where I was staying so that I could be in the general area. We missed a zipline trip bc we were 25 minutes from the house when check was allowed. We got to the location and at first everything was great. Layout worked great for the ages of the kids and family. I saw a few centipedes. No big deal I flushed them. When we woke up the next morning there were bugs everywhere. Hundreds! I called the office and they sent a pest guy! He came and sprayed and dusted. The bugs were so bad that we weren’t able to put the baby down at all. Bugs on the ceiling, everywhere. I spent the trip cleaning before everyone else got up and as soon as we would come in. I called again and was told at check in I was given a piece of paper that stated there could be bugs bc of location. For the amount of bugs there should be a warning, sign a waiver, something. I have photos of today our last day first thing this morning still bugs everywhere. I have never been so embarrassed to be the one that chose this spot. Completely disappointed. When I called the last time I was told we could check out and they would refund our remaining days. No compensation for the nights spent with bugs. I am now home and terrified of a bug being in our things bc they were on our luggage and bags so all of our stuff in on my back porch being washed one load at a time.
This was a beautiful cabin in a secluded location. Plenty of room for the family, large bathrooms with the exception of the loft but the loft sports the best view with a large private jacuzzi tub. The beds were all large. We loved the hot tub overlooking the mountain side. Overall we felt the cabin was more spacious than we were expecting, the staff was very accessible and worked with any questions we had. Parking was also great for this cabin with a lower driveway and an upper driveway, both were flat and easily accessible. Overall A+, would stay here again.

Beds are terrible!
The cabin was fine, a little out dated but it was clean. I am NOT a complainer but these beds are horrible! I am so glad that we only booked two nights because we honestly couldn't take another night. Worst nights of sleep that I can remember. I've been home for two days and I'm still sore. They really need to invest in new mattresses.
