The owners were quick to respond to questions. The structure is basically an RV. It was very clean and well maintained. The area is nice and close to the fishing dock and boat ramp. Our weekend was nice.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts was how close it is to a private boat ramp—super convenient for getting out on the water quickly and easily. The location is excellent overall—peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Fishing trip

I searched cabins around Lake Fork. Kickin Bass popped up. Google is your friend. The price was great so I booked it. April was an amazing hostess. When I had questions she was quick to respond. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay and will be back. Thank you April and Kelly. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I will be back.
