Remove used sheets/linens (not protectors) and place them in the laundry basket located in each of the bedroom closets. Place used towels in shower.
Wash and put away dishes. Put ALL trash in exterior bin located in front of the garage.
(Warmer months) Shut all windows. (Colder months) Turn off Fireplace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

I'm excited about spending time in Philipsburg and getting to know the area and the residents. The people I've met so far have been so friendly and helpful. I am also looking forward to being closer to Discovery Ski Area and getting some use out of my skis before relaxing in the hot tub.

What makes this property unique

The location of the Hope Mill House couldn't be better, it's walking distance to the quaint downtown of the historic mining town of Philipsburg.
