Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Remove used sheets/linens (not protectors) and place them in the laundry basket located in each of the bedroom closets.
Place used towels in shower.
(Warmer months) Shut all windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
I'm excited about spending time in Philipsburg and getting to know the area and the residents. The people I've met so far have been so friendly and helpful. I am also looking forward to being closer to Discovery Ski Area and getting some use out of my skis before relaxing in the hot tub.
What makes this property unique
The location of the Hope Mill House couldn't be better, it's walking distance to the quaint downtown of the historic mining town of Philipsburg.
