Stylish and Chic Montauk Home with Pool + Private Beach Access

This one of a kind property is close to the best Montauk has to offer. Our home offers a spacious backyard with a pool along with private beach access to coveted Culloden beach (a short walk away). It's close to The Surf Lodge, the MTK train station, harbor restaurants and the center of town. You’ll love our place because it feels like home - we like to think of it as a little bit of Malibu in Montauk. It's the perfect beach getaway for couples, solo adventurers, and families!

On the first floor, our home has a very open floor plan that features a kitchen, living room and family room, extra large dining room, 2 guest bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. All of the rooms are flooded by natural light (as you can see from the photos) and most of the rooms open up to our expansive deck.

Guest room 1 has a Queen Sized bed and en suite half bath along with a desk for easy WFH set up. The room has double patio doors that open up to the deck and views of the beautiful backyard.

On the second floor you will kind the master suite which includes a king bed, bathroom, large closet, balcony and a reading/relaxing area perfect for a little quiet downtime. There is also a home office / desk area perfect for WHF.

The design and interiors of the house are East Coast meets West Coast and we like to think of our home as a little piece of Malibu in Montauk.

You can count on top of the line finishes including stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, a walk-in shower and luxury details throughout the home.

Outside the home you will find a massive backyard oasis highlighted by a large deck which features a gas grill, Adirondack chairs and a dining table. The crown jewel of the space is a beautiful swimming pool which is quite rare in Montauk. You can lay by the pool and relax all afternoon as our unique location on the island lends itself to all day sun even when the beach is foggy or cloudy. In addition to the heated pool there is also an outdoor shower.
*please note there is an additional fee of $50 per day to heat the pool (optional)

Extras: Beach pass to Culloden Beach, Gas grill, two bikes, linens, basic bathroom amenities and all cooking and kitchen equipment is provided.
