Starlight Horizon is a community of 14 individual cabins on 5 acres, perfect for events, groups, retreats, families, and getaways.

This listing is specifically for Cabin R – Our only one-bedroom Hot Tub Cabin

Cabin R is a private one-bedroom, one-bath cabin offering approximately 800 square feet of interior space and a private outdoor area with a hot tub. This is the only cabin at Starlight Horizon with a hot tub, and a vinyl record player.

Our stay at the Starlight Cabin was absolutely perfect. It was the ultimate place to recharge—peaceful, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. We grilled BBQ, soaked in the jacuzzi, and loved that the cabin came stocked with coffee to enjoy while watching the breathtaking sunrise views.The location was also a huge plus—just five minutes from the grocery store, liquor store, and the marina, which made everything so easy and convenient. The common pool area was clean and inviting, and Liz was such a wonderful host—checking in on us and making sure everything was just right.We loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. This trip was extra special since it was my husband’s birthday, and staying here made it unforgettable. Thank you, Liz, for making our getaway so meaningful—we can’t wait to return to the Starlight Cabin!

When I designed Starlight Horizon, I wanted to create a place where families and friends could escape the noise of daily life and reconnect with each other. I've lived in Texas my whole life and I’ve spent years exploring the Texas Hill Country. Canyon Lake has always been my go-to spot for peace, sunshine, and that nostalgic summer-camp feeling that instantly slows life down.

Hosting isn’t just about providing a place to stay. It’s about curating experiences. My favorite part of welcoming guests is hearing how they laughed around the firepit, spotted deer at sunrise, or watched their kids unplug and play in the pool or with the games. That’s the magic of this property. Every cabin was designed with comfort, privacy, and connection in mind.
