Complimentary cooling of the pool also available for summer guests), large backyard entertainment area secluded in secure walled yard with privacy gate which features shade covered propane gas 4-burner BBQ grill, lounge chairs, adult sized ‘Connect 4’ game, and more fabulously fun amenities! Backyard also has perimeter yard lighting and inside the water pool/spa lights that switch colors for night swims or relaxing. Kitchen features everything you need for the cook in you. Property is in the safe and secure gated community of 'Aguila at Terra Lago' with very nice neighbors, immaculate landscaping, and an abundance of magnificent sunrise/sunset views.

Additional Rules and Info:

- No pets allowed. Please do not inquire.

- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. For longer guest stays there is a one week minimum for heating for monthlong stays. Booking one week or less requires purchasing all the days.

- Two exterior security cameras (front door and backyard). Cameras are not monitored live and are for insurance and security reasons only.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three-an-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- No mail box access is available. Please instruct Amazon to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
