Built in 1910, this historic St. Bernard property originally served as a meeting place for the Order of United American Mechanics, whose O.U.A.M. initials can still be seen engraved on the building. Over the years, it became a grocery store, candy store, bowling alley and neighborhood gathering place.



Today, the property has been thoughtfully restored into a spacious 4-bedroom home for up to 10 guests while preserving the character and details that make it truly memorable.
