Conveniently located 2 minutes to Patoka main entrance. Patoka Lake offers boating, fishing, hiking and beach area. Close proximity to restaurants and winery. Apx 16 miles to French Lick, 31 miles to Holiday World.
1 bedroom plus sleeper sofa in living room and kitchenette. Access to fish cleaning station, boat (ample parking) charging available upon request. Community firepit. Ask about adjoining cabin for groups. This is a group of 10 cabins/duplex. Fantastic place for reunions/large groups!
* Community quiet hours 10pm-8am. *Please keep noise in general within reason. * If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. *Do not burn trash. *Park on gravel areas only in designated area. * If parking more than 1 vehicle is expected please notify host prior to check in. *For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 5 miles per hour. *Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150. *All dogs must be on a leash when outside *Strictly no events or parties are allowed! *Please do not place grills on porch or deck. Please note: Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees. Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am. After 1pm the guest will be charged that days base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension. Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs. *No projectile fireworks or discharging of firearms at property.
