Unwind with your loved ones at Sunset Shore, a meticulously renovated 2/2 pool home accommodating 6 guests. The residence boasts a stunning outdoor living area, perfect for taking in breathtaking sunsets from the screened pool. A spacious patio with a firepit table connects to the boat dock, ideal for fishing, kayaking or observing marine life, including an occasional manatee sightings. Home is conveniently located near Nature Coast beaches and the fresh water springs in Homosassa & more.
Bedroom 1 -Queen size bed. Comfortable bed, soft bedding and pillows, 2 nights stands for storage, lamps with USB ports for charging, closet has hangers for ample storage and ceiling fan. Smart TV to enjoy while you relax in bed. Table fan, alarm clock and extra blanket and pillows.
Bedroom 2- 2 full sized beds to sleep 4 people. Comfortable beds, soft bedding and pillows, night stand and dresser for storage, lamp with USB port for charging, closet has hangers for ample storage. Smart TV, iron, ironing board, and extra blanket and pillows.
Bathroom 1-(full bath) bathtub/shower, linens provided.
Bathroom 2-(full bath) walk-in shower with glass door, rainfall shower head. Linens provided.
Open concept kitchen/Living room area- Sectional pull out couch, smart TV, fireplace, cabinet has games, books and puzzles. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar opens to the dining room with water views. French doors lead to the screen enclosed living space and pool. The fenced patio has a fire pit table with comfortable Adirondack chairs, 2-2 people kayaks, a gas grill, and a floating dock that you can use during your stay. Boat/pontoon rentals are available locally.

Trip for Doctor Appt.

We had a doctors appt for our daughter in Trinity. This house was everything we needed it to be for our stay. The pool area is amazing, the owners communicated everything clearly and the house was impeccably clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great!

The property was so nice, clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Large pool and beautiful screened patio area. The beds were very comfortable as well. The surrounding town has anything you could want, and is centrally located for day trips elsewhere. Host was very nice and communicative. We definitely hope to stay here again!
