We raised our family here and use the cabin for a summer retreat.

Why they chose this property

The high mountain air will make you wish you could stay longer. You can ATV right from the cabin and hike right out the front door. Many generations of miners work the area mines and their legacy is seeped in this gulch. This mine was worked from the 1880's to 1950's bringing forth gold and silver.

What makes this property unique

You can sit outside and gaze at the unique geological formations and beauty unsurpassed. Many mountain retreats are marred by countless numbers of people. This area is pristine and uncluttered by modern growth. In a relatively short drive you can visit many mining ghost towns and explore old buildings, museums, and cemetaries.
