There is a private balcony off of the bedroom.

Butter Cup

Nice place. A little short on some kitchen essentials, we made do with going to a thrift store, took most of with us just left a couple things that we have enough of at home. San Marcos is a great college town with plenty of bars and restaurants. The place is within walking distance of downtown
